the myths of Parisian vampyres was a creation of grave robbers and thieves who lived in and around the old cemetery's in Paris in The late 18th century as each region of Paris had its own grave yard and this is where the bodies of the murdered victims were found as with all crimes most were carried out at night and the stories that vampires inhabited the sewers and grave yards kept even the most sceptical of law enforcement officers from ever entering these areas the robbers and such could pretty well do as they pleased, it came to an end when the districts and town planners moved all the grave yards outside the city after the last plague and Paris was rebuilt as we see it today this also allowed the government of the time to very quickly move troops to any part of Paris at any given time hence the very wide long straight parallel boulevards no more revolution one was enough.

In the days before electric lights it was impossible to clean the sewers out as the gas would explode when anyone took a candle down. The city of Paris employed a family of vampires to do the dirty work so to speak as they see very well in the dark.
Rumour has it that if you are lost in the paris sewers eventually you will hear a voice in your ear which whispers
"move over guv, just need to shovel that lump up"

I think a long time ago a vampire got flushed down a toilet over there, and now people swear there's a vampire the size of a hippopotamus living in the sewer.

the position do vampires come from. The e book of genesis does no longer aspect out the creation of vampires as a matter of stating nor become their any extraterrestrial beings. James 4:7 and eight try this and also you'd be wonderful. because if vampires particularly exist an insignificant sheet received't supply up them come on..

You may be getting mixed up with Catacombs under the streets of Paris. There are hundreds of thousands of skeletons stacked up below the city. They were originally dug by Christians to evade the Romans and later used for many purposes including by the French Resistance.
It is a facinating tour and is very cheap.
This is not a joke I have really been down and seen them.

Maybe you are confusing this with 'The Phantom of the Opera'.
He left the opera house to live in the sewers of Paris.
He loved Christine the principal singer and went a bit mental when things did not work out as he had hoped.
