could it be love?

all the signs are there that tell me that he might love me. and i fell deep down that he does, but he hasent told me yet. he's a single father of two boys and very busy with work. he's told me about other women he has dated but they leave because he cant spend alot of time cause of his kids. but for me he does everything he can to see and be with me.

It surely could be love - and the previous responder is right. If you want to be involved with this man you must be prepared to be a step mother - and if you love him and want him to love you, getting involved with his kids and helping him with that will surely show him your committment and your intentions.

PS - I completely disagree with the "Falling too quickly is never good" answer. When 2 people fall quickly, it can be very magical - and often it is the universe showing it's hand in the union. Live and love and visualize what you want so the universe knows it - and they will deliver.

My husband and I were engaged within 2 weeks of knowing each other, moved in 3 months later and married 3 months after that and we are supremely happy 8 years later. I will also tell you that my mom married my Stepfather in a similar fashion and we, as kids, were delighted. We liked our stepfather on site and it was wonderful growing up in a home with such love and passion.

I seriously hope that you are not in the same state I am in, cause I am a mother of two boys and their dad works a lot, and spends little to no time with his family.
Men tend to say they are single when in reality they have a family at home.
I learned that most guys look for someone else before they ever leave their family for another women, cause they don't want to be alone. So they just move from one women to another.
You should pay attention to when he has time for you, wither he only sees you at night, or if he calls you when he is at work, or any other little things that might show you that he is just working you around his families schedule and his girlfriend or wife. Remember they maybe having trouble, but if he has kids you know that he loved or still loves the mother of his kids.
You need to tread water here carefully, if you know what its like being the other women and your man going to another women, wither you liked it or not....it is a very dangerous place to be.

It sounds like he really does care about you but hasn't said anything yet for two reasons - 1) He IS busy and probably doesn't have the time to put into a relationship that he feels is necessary. He doesn't want to hurt or disappoint you. 2) He's been burned in the past and doesn't want to throw his feelings out just to be hurt again. My advice to you (and this is only if you truly understand his situation and are okay with him having other priorities in his life besides you) is to tell him you are fine with the circumstances and you want to work with him to make what you have something more serious. Since he has had a lot of failure in his past (Most of which he feels is HIS fault), you might have to let him know how YOU feel first. That way he becomes comfortable to share his feelings as well.
