bleeding brakes-- valve still pops up

not sure what you mean by valve still pops up but...
There are 2 methods easily available:
1. Gravity bleeding - open the bleed valve and leave it set with a drain pan underneath for 10-15. Make sure the resevoir does not empty.
2. pressure bleeding, this requires 2 people.
1 person pumps the pedal and holds it down. The other opens the bleeder valve until the brake fluid flow stops then close the valve. The other person then repumps the brake pedal 3 or 4 times.
There are some tools out for power bleeding and those are good for a 1 man operation.

no affense but if you dont know how to bleed them dont have someone do it
caz if u mess up than itll be the last time
but i dont have a clue as to wat valve u are talkin about
