I have reservations about Splenda (one being that I get a sore throat from it - whether it's in liquid or powder form).

I use honey and sometimes Stevia.

Chek with your doctor. Fructose is a type of sugar and you need to take it into consideration when planning your diet.

If you must use a sweetener then Splenda is best. Even then tho-artificial sweeteners are not healthy for anyone.
