Girls love it if you tell them something specific you love about the way they look and use some description--not something totally flowery cause that seems insincere. But if you notice a detail TELL HER! Like: I love the way your eyes sparkle when the sun shines on your face..." or "your hair is such a beautiful color and so soft.." whatever. Just think of some things you really like about her and tell her what they are!

why is that so hard? I bet she's adorable! tell her spacificly what is cute about her... you have a cute nose, what cute feet you have! ect
If she's older, like a teen, its a phase she'll soon get over... but be reassuring and supportive.

well when the time is right like when your out shopping with her or somethin and she tries something on and asks you how it looks say that you think shes cute in anything

you should confront her and tell her but if you can't at least give her a card saying so. keep giving her cards until you get use to the fact that you can tell her she's pretty.
