Fungal infections whether it is thrush or ringworm. Ringworm is actually a fungus called Tinea Pedis (which affects all parts of the body and so given different names eg tinea pubis or tinea dermis) and is notoriously difficult to eradicate.
The reason is that the cells of fungus are very similar in their characteristics to human cells - they are known as eukaryotic cells. Conversely bacterial infections are much easier to deal with as the "prokaryotic" cell has different components to ours. Drugs are designed to attack these differences and as we do not have them in our cells, we are unharmed.
Killing a superficial fungus is hard, as many of the drugs will also affect us too. Therefore the only way to combat it is to take the tablet/cream every single day without missing even one.
The treatment may take three months or 6 months. It is absolutely vital that you finish the course (as with all medications no matter what is causing it).
Often, as the symptoms disappear, we stop taking the medicine or applying the cream. I would urge you to keep taking the medicine, as even though the itch goes away there are still living fungus cells in your body that will mutate to be stronger than the medicine. Then you could develop a systemic infection that will kill you.
Scabies is an infection caused by a small parasite that burrows into the upper skin layers and feeds on sebum, an oily substance produced by skin cells. Again, lotion is applied all over the body and the course finished completely - anyone in contact with you must also be treated as it is highly contagious. The lotion is not put on the head, so I doubt you have this infestation.
Finish the course the doctor prescribes and that will kill every last fungus. Remember to keep the area clean and dry.

You did not say your sex. If you are female, reoccurringbladder/UTI infections come from poor Hygiene& ipingpractice on your part. Go to a doctor once you start showing symptoms of a UTI. UTI's lead to bladder infections, which untreated lead to kidney infections. Get some antibiotics and discuss your problems with a physician The reasons most women get UTIs, bladder or kidney infections; they have improper wiping techniques (they wipe back to front). Second is not peeing after sex within 30 Min's After you have solved the immediate problem, find a physician or clinic that allows for existing patients to use their lab without making a doctors appointment. You would negotiate with the doctor to make an appointment with a nurse to come in a (sorry to speak so bluntly) pee in a cup to test for infection. This will save you doctors visits costs, and probably only cost you $20-$30 in lab fees each visit. If you do test positive for a UTI/bladder/kidney infections, they will write a script for antibiotics to help with your infection. Alcohol and soda have little to do with the reason women get UTI's. Please don't play with your health, and consult a physician.

Can I Prevent Ringworm?
The most common sources of the fungi that cause tinea infections are other people. Ringworm is contagious and is easily spread from one person to another, so avoid touching an infected area on another person. It's also possible to become infected from contact with animals, like cats and dogs.
It can be difficult to avoid ringworm because the dermatophyte fungi are very common. To protect yourself against infection, it can help to wear flip-flops on your feet in the locker room shower or at the pool, and to wash sports clothing regularly. Because fungi are on your skin, it's important to shower after contact sports and to wash your hands often, especially after touching pets.
If you discover a red, patchy, itchy area that you think may be ringworm, call your doctor.
