I'm in Arizona & I get the fastest results on the wekends, in the middle of the night. Remember, these answers come from all over the world. My 2am is probably someone else's 5 pm.

Well because we all live in different time zones it is impossible to know. After lunch foryou should be best. Yes, sign on after lunch and post away.

I would say the evening since that's when most people are on the internet. At least that's how it seems to me.
