am working tonight.i have no energy. any suggestions need loads i work in a busy club??

get off the computer - go get a couple of hours sleep - drink some fruit juice and have a chicken salad then walk to work - that will do the trick. If too far to walk all the way, take public transport some of the way and walk the rest.

Take a cat nap, you propably need more sleep. Take vitamin C when you wake up, have a healthy meal, walk at a good pace for about 10 to 15 minutes and perhaps tea or even coffe ( thtat isif you are used to having caffeine) before you leave.

for me sex, snickers, and glass of milk works just fine:) and meditation also helps
