No they can't. There are many words like that expression that people on Tv they can't stop using. I'd give examples but its not apart of the question.

that really seems like a hard thing to do. I really think that I will forget that I am supposed to count "really" everytime I say it, so I really dont care for trying but I really appreciate the two points

That doesn't bother me as much as people who say LIKE every 10 seconds.

But my real pet peeve is PROLLY people who use prolly instead of probably.
