When I was little I collected rocks-I had 1,376, but I grew out of it and threw them all out in the driveway. Now my husband and I collect movies-we have about 150 dvds mostly cult classics.

I collect old perfume avon bottles. Mostly the animal ones. Never counted them but they are displayed in a cabinet. I pick them up at garage sales and a few I have had since I was a kid. I collected stuffed animals as a kid and still can't seem to get rid of most of them had over 100 and most are just sitting in storage now.
my 7 year old son collects rocks and bottle caps.

I collect pigs (i have all kinds and over 50), collector barbies (never out of the box like new over 30), Fenton glass figuirines (just started only got 8), Waterford Crystal (only have glasses but want more), and Patriotic stuff. I also want a German luger used in world war II really bad.

I have a collection of shot glasses, probably about 250 from most of the places I have visited. I also collect nutcrackers of all sizes. I'd guess I have 50 or so of them.

I collect Winnie the Pooh things. My collection has over 1,500 different ones. I have everything from bed sheets, gloves, stuffed animals, toothbrushes you name it. I just found out that there is a Winnie the Pooh TV at K mart and that I'll be getting it for Christmas.

My husband and I like antiques and so we collect some things as a hobby (we're not professional). I love old books especially children's books or classics. I have about 150 of them. I also like old milk jugs (they have to have the dairy name or town on them) and I have about 20 of them. I also have an old stamp collection from when I was a kid. I probably have 2000 or more stamps. Thanks for the interesting question.

Lots and lots of antiques... Mostly old poetry books and Japanese things of all kinds, from prints to pottery, silver to lacquer. I adore old Japan.
My kids collect Matchbox cars and Pez Despensers.
