How do you block someone's phone # from calling your cell phone?

I have a Sanyo PM8200 thru Sprint.

You should call your server if they can block that particular number. If they can't change your sim card.

i dont think you can, without going thru the phone company

I'd think there would be a way to or just ignore it when it rings or switch it to where it goes straight to voice mail
