Everyone has dark secrets.
So far the best solution for me has been a journal.
Last year was an awful year and so many secrets floated around. Things that only bothered me, and that were meant to be private. But in a way, i couldn't keep them in longer. So i decided to create my own journal.
It is an excelent way to never let your secrets get out to anyone. But yet they are out in your journal. They feel public but yet secret. It relieves you from anger and stress, and you feel much better in the end.
P.S. Just remember if these thoughts are really private buy a journal with a lock, or just use a regular one and hide it somewhere no one would ever look.

When I turn off the lights my secrets are dark. So I sleep with a light on.

My dark secret is so dark and so secret I don't even tell myself about it or think about it.

I have a few dark secrets and they are mine so I just keep them to myself. Any stress I just leave on my bedside table!

Yes and I just keep it to myself. It's nothing bad in my eyes just something personal and I don't want to know how people would react if I told them so I don't say anything.
