neither Hezbollah or Israel have agreed to anything. the Lebanese cabinet is in session right now and the Israeli cabinet meets tomorrow to vote on the cease fire. the U.N.
has come up with a plan nothing more has happened. Hezbollah had better abide by this agreement or get crushed the next time Israel has to defend itself.

No and No. Hezbollah will claim a victory because they weren't wiped out to the man and have played the media to showcase Lebanese casualties and they will go right on launching rockets and rearming they way they did for the past 6 yrs with UN resolution 1559. and Israel will be called the bad guys again when they respond. Also Hezbollah will have gained more support and recruits among the Lebanese population because of the Arabic sense of revenge and their inability to forgive and teaching of racism and hate to the children of Lebanon.

Hezbollah will abide by it as soon as Israel stops bombing Lebanon and pulls its forces out of Lebanon. It is Israel that is more likely to provoke another attack from now on. They'll launch a missile or somethign and be like "we were defending ourselves from those farmers that looked like the corn they had were RPGs" and then it'll start all over again.
The U.S. gives Israel millions of dollars of military weapons and deadly bombs, like cluster bombs and phosphorous bombs. And then Israel gets angry when Iran or Syria give some innacurate rockets to Hezbollah? Can someone say hypocrites? Not to mention Israel, with its "precision smart bombs" killed a whole lot more civilians than Hezbollah with its innacurate Katushyas.

Of Course , but i am not sure about the Israeli side!!!
They seem that they lost the war they wanted so much...
Hezbollah now has more support from all the region , on the contrary Israel showed the world how much they are cruel and don't beleive in Peace.
I wish from my heart , they leave Lebanon's territories and return their prisonners and things will get cooler...

The Hezbollah terrorists wont' abide by anything, nor will Syria and Iran, who are backing them. If they stop firing Katyusha rockets with warheads DESIGNED for maximum effect against unprotected civilians, it will be just long enough for them to restock with worse weapons smuggled in through Syria, probably chemical or bacterial weapons next time.

It would be more appropriate to as will Israel abide by it. After all they invaded Lebanon, and massacred over 1,000 innocent cvilians, many of whom were children.
They have not stopped killing voluntarily. They only reason the Israelis pulled back was because of a threat by the Arab countries who are the major oil suppliers, and Opec members, that they would cut off the supply of oil to the US. Otherwise the genocide and massacre would have continued. So oil did it at the end of the day where the UN failed.

Time will tell. I believe that most Lebanonese and Israelis just want to live in peace. I can't imagine how difficult it is to live in either Lebanon or Israel at the present time.
BTW, Jews don't exist to destroy Arabs nor do Arabs exist to destroy Jews. I can only hope that people don't believe that cynical point of view and sad point of view. I'm not an idealist but I do believe that more Arabs and Israelis want peace rather than hatred and destruction.

No. There are no clear command and control channels in Hezbollah. The left hand doesn't know what the Right is doing.

Neither one of them will abide by it.
Israel has been fighting the countries around it since its inception, and there's no reason for them to stop just because the U.N. says so.
Hezbollah won't because they're part of the Lebanese faction who thinks they (along with the Palestinians) have right to the land that Israel is on.
If this lasts one year, I'll be pleasantly surprised.

Not a chance. They are just looking for a window to get more and better weapons from iran and syria. Can't let that happen. They need to keep pounding the hezbolosers until they are all gone. Then go after iran and syria and anyone else that supports terrorists!
