God Of War questions?

I am at the walls of madness
at achillies helmet where you walk in pull the lever the door shuts the other oposite of the main door but when you pull lever you must pull a box but spike come from floor
do you have to pull box to ledge on other side of wall jump up before spike come up to break the box??????

you have to push it deeper in the room until you get the box to a dead end, jump on it and jump on the wall. there is going to be another small cliff jump to it but dont fall.the necklace is going to be right in front of you and once you get it ,the spikes will disapear. good luck
