Sterilize a pin (dip it in rubbing alcohol), and poke a hole in it. Then squeeze all the pus out and rub rubbing alcohol on the zit. It should clear up in a couple of days.

It may not be a zit. It may be
1)heat rash- they look like zit, they are aggrivated sweat glands, it will go away eventually.
2) a mole.
3) a cyst
4) An ingrown hair- that you can lance and a hair will pop out.
It is really bothering you or it changes appearance, becomes dark, gets hard or wrinkley, go and see a doctor and see what he thinks.
While it is unlikely to be skin cancer, you always need to be on the lookout.

Its probably not a zit. It could be a cyst. Go to a doctor. If it is an infected cyst it needs to be treated (the infection) and then removed. If you don't take care of it you could get really sick.

Are you sure it's a zit? I thought I had this zit on my back for quite some time. It turned out to be a small cyst.

Eat raisins. It will put iron in your system and the boil that you think is a zit will disappear in about a week. Eat the raisins every day.

SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE AN INGROWN HAIR

Use a sterilized needle to prick top open,
then after most of pus drains look for possible
hair growing inside pimple. If you find one,
try lifting on it to bring out entire length of hair,
then clip it short but not quite skin level. Put more
alcohol over pimple, and cover with bandage,

A bit gross, but hope this helps.

P.S. I found a link that gives more detailed instructions

Are you putting deodorant/antiperspirant on your chest? If so, stop. Same thing happened to me, and after I stopped using the deodorant on my chest it went right down.
