"Fatherless at 14" by Kendall Payne, because my father died when I was 15 years old, and the lyric that goes "Heaven's beautiful, but not as beautiful as you" really gets me sad every time. The song was written by Kendall for her best friend whose father died when she was 14.
"Winter" by Tori Amos, because again it has a father and daughter these going on, where he tells her "When are you going to love you as much as I do"...The song could be about many things, but there's this melodic sadness that only this song could pull off...Brings feelings of nostalgia...
"Objects in the Rear View Mirror May appearl Closer then they Seem" by Meatloaf...It's about a gf's dissapearance, child abuse, and a friend's death...So much emotion is packed in this song, how can you not cry?
"Goodnight My Angel" Billy Joel. It's a father talking to his daughter about death. This song makes me cry for the same reason "fatherless at 14" makes me cry.
"Dance with my father" Luther Vandross, same reason as above..
"Runaway Train" Soul Asylum, because I listen to it every time I'm feeling very down.
"Suffering" Satchel. I saw it in a movie, and it made me cry. I listen to it now, and it makes me cry too.

Hmm, there is a couple, P.S. (Im not over you) by Rihannia, Who knew by Pink; What hurts the most by the Rascals, all of this songs is about a lost love and they still have feelings for them and they still cant blieve its over and thats how I feel about a recent ex-boyfriend, we broke up due to baby mama drama but we were really good, nevr clicked like that with anybody and we both miss each other but I guess things happen for a reason and no I dont have a psycho person staking out my house....lol...people in this world have issues.

any song sang by selena quintanilla perez makes me cry cuz i wuz born 4 days after her death on 3/31/95 and her song are all happy but i cry when i hear about her cuz 2 me shes like the big sis i never had.

I always get tears in my eyes listening to "don't take the girl" by tim mcgraw don't know why it's just a touches at your heart kind of song parts of it are sad and makes you think about life and all it's heartache and parts of it are beautiful showing true love. I really like that song.

There's a song on Hanson's first cd Middle of Nowhere called "With You In Your Dreams" and it's sung from the point of view of someone who's passed on. "If I'm gone when you wake up, please don't cry, if I'm gone when you wake up, it's not goodbye, don't look back on this time as a time a heartbreak and regret, remember me, remember me, cause I'll be with you in your dreams"
They wrote it for their grandmother when she died, and there's this part at the end where you can hear the emotion in Taylor's voice and he's fighting not to cry. It's beautiful, and it always makes me think of everyone I've lost in my life. When I sit back and really listen to the song, I always get teary eyed and I cried at their concert when they sang it. It's a very touching song.
