i live with my mom my parents are divorced my dad remarried and i have a stepmother and the state took away my sister (she was my dads and my stepmoms kid) i really miss her and havent heard from her in along time i dont even know where she is

do i have rights to see her?

That, unfortunately, is a call that Social Services in your area has to make. You need to find out who the social worker is on your sister's case and then call and ask. You probably will be allowed to see her but probably in a controlled environment (translated supervised visitation). I'd go for it.

Will it depends on the states law..If I was you I would try to talk to your stepmom and dad,,and ask them for help on seeing her..If they dont want to child then I would try and talk to the case worker on that ..I would say yes that you do have a right to see her.Good Luck.

Depends on the state and the situation.. When my father lost my brother and sister and i went down asking for rights to see them they told me i didn't have any because my dad didn't have any.
