Sharon Stone, because she is an incredibly believable actress. Her stardom does not distract from the character she is playing. She chooses interesting scripts. Jeff Daniels, is another actor who has evolved in his diversity of roles and acting.
Some actors are distracting, like Tom Cruise's wooden blank stares, Bette Midler plays Bette Midler, William Shatner still has remnant of 'Captain Kirk' in his acting. It's hard to get past that.
