My friend got a PSP for her birthday and what her parents did was...
They wrapped the box,
then put ductape all over it,
then newspaper, and more ductape,
newspaper, ductape...
you get the drift,
and wrapped the final oputside of the box in wrapping paper, so she didnt realize what was going on until the second ductaping.
It was really funny watching her open it...

Put it in a small box, wrap that, then put it in a bigger box and wrap that...keep going until it is in a really big box. Oh and maybe within each box you can write on it some special love note....How many years? If it's 5 maybe use 5 boxes or if it's 10 use 10 boxes...you get the idea.
