Your nicotine chemical dependancy has gone now, your cravings are purely physcological. Chew gum or a candy instead. Remember how you used to smell of smoke, how yellow your lungs had been. Your free from the addiction now, WELL DONE!

properly achieved for giving up smoking. i finished smoking on 23 February 1986 (40 an afternoon) and if i'm getting even a whiff of tobacco smoke i've got self belief desperate for a smoke for greater or less 20 seconds then the sensation passes off. Stick it out, do no longer illuminate ever back, once you get that churning feeling take a deep breath and enable it out slowly to the count style of 20 on an identical time as thinking of each and every of the money you're saving.

Yes you could still use lozenges well done for stopping for 4 months! Keep it up! You'll live longer and stay healthier without the fags and save a few pounds as well so with that extra cash treat yourself.

Well done again!

WELL DONE!!! Yes you can but you don't want to do it too often otherwise you will end up addicted to them instead. I have been stopped since 1971. If I can do it then so can you. Keep up the good work and stick at it, it's worth it in the end. You will be richer and smell sweeter.
