I bought a white Carolina Panthers football jersey on eBay for my boyfriend, it looks authentic to me, but I don't know that much about jerseys and stuff. It has an official looking Reebok tag, still has the cardboard tag attached to it and has that little silver, holographic sticker of authenticity on the cardboard. Everything looks very well sewn on and all. I heard somewhere though that if the tag says "Made in China" then it's a fake. Is that true? Or does Reebok make their stuff in China?

I bought it from a guy that had sold over 2000 items and had a 99.1% approval rating, but like, 8 or 10 people said they'd got fake things, so now I'm all nervous. But either way, it's still nice, it's a $250 jersey that I got for $30. Should I worry about it?

Also, I ordered a size 52 because it said that it was equivelent to an extra large, but it looks huge! Is a 52 really any extra large? It looks more like a 2XL or 3XL. Is it worth trying to exchange? (The tag is marked 52).

to answer your question about the tag saying made in china,no,it isn't authentic.an authentic jersey whether it be nfl,nba (etc.) tags should never say made in china, italy or anything of that nature.it should have an authentic logo not only on the jersey but it's tags should say the same thing.and alot of the authentic jerseys will also have the logo around the neck of the jersey.

Don't buy "authentic" jerseys on ebay. It is most likely fake.
