Well they were more than likely out drinking... Drinking usually alters your better judgment and sometimes even adults get stupid considering and basically, when you gotta go, you gotta go.
Or, they were prostitutes and in that case... What's a piss after just giving some h**d in that very same alley? Decorum flew out the window either way.
I think the worst thing an adult could do in public would be picking their noses in traffic... and *gulp* eating it... as if NO ONE were right next to them completely grossed out watching every detail quite horrified! Some people are just nasty!

This just goes to show you that there is a huge need in this country for more restrooms for women!! These poor ladies were probably tired of standing in line at the club and they needed to pee. Yes, it's disgusting.... but it just proves my point. For every toilet in a men's restroom, there should be at least three in the women's restroom!
But to answer your question, I have to agree with the person who mentioned nose picking. Nasty!
