You need a business plan. Type "busines plan" in google or yahoo and see what comes up.

Find lots of Irish holiday home owners.
Find lots of people wanting to use Irish holiday homes
Take Lots of money from Group B.
Give a bit of it to Group A.
Employ an accountant to stop group C taking any of it.

C is for c**t (Sorry I mean the tax man)

Save some of the profit to pay me for being your consultant.
