At my boy friend's last birthday, I gave him a mix CD that I made with music that both he and I really liked - I also drew the cover and back myself since I'm a bit of an artist, and he really enjoyed that. You could also do a CD cover/back on the computer, too, if you're not artistically talented. I also bought him a $20 gift card for the movies, since we really like to go to the movies together.
The last thing that I bought him was a Panic! At The Disco T-Shirt, because they are his favorite band and really, teenage boys never think of buying clothes for themselves. ;) However, it didn't get here in time for his birthday, so I drew a shirt on a piece of paper and wrote "I O U one P!ATD T-shirt" on it, and wrapped that instead - he thought that was hilarious and loved the shirt when it finally arrived here. :)
If he's really into books or electronics, you could get him a Barnes and Noble or Best Buy gift card - or if you know he has an iPod or iTunes, buy him a $15 iTunes gift card so he can download the music he likes. :)
Whatever you do, I'm sure he'll like it - just keep his interests in mind, and try to be as unique as possible! :) Good luck!

There are a million things you could get him. Of course, this depends of your budget. I love buying gifts for boyfriends. You could get him a nice shirt, some cologne, a CD, a nice chain like someone suggested, a video game. Just don't give him a gift card. That shows very little thought was put into the gift.
I'm sure no matter what you get him, he'll love it.

If you know what his favorite cologne is you can give him that. A T-shirt would work too. And of course spend time with him and give him that kiss that everyone is talking about :) Whatever it is just let him know how much you care about him. Have fun tomorrow!

If u wanna give him something that will top all d gifts that he has ever gotten, i suggest a hand job or a bl_w job. (only if u are up 2 it)
trust they will put a smile on his face thats irreversible
But if that does work 4 u, Try a watch thats cool and has a big face
