This will sound so old school...but use an exfoliating scrub such as St. Ives Apricot Scrub, depending on how oily your skin is no more than 2 times per week, scrub & then wash with a mild soap, pat dry & apply Oxy 10 or any bezoil peroxide, this usually comes in 10% strength over the counter without a prescription. You can rub on the benzoil peroxide before you put your make up on, (I even mix some into my foundation), and rub some onto your clean face before bed at night. I never had acne, but I have had some friends & family memeber who did, this method worked very well for them. Good Luck!

Change ur diet from now
Reduce the amount of refine products u consume: wheat, processed /hdro oils & fats and artifical sugar.

Eat more fruits and veggies, if u cannot tolerate them juice them and trust me if u drink thes within 1 week u will see results
but if u had acne since puberty u may have a hormonal imbalance,,,,so u may wanna go and take a blood test to c if ur hormones are balance or not
If they arent the doc will perscribe something and u will be acne free 4 yrs 2 come
But i usu take Black cohosh.supplement an apart from clearing up my complexion, i have no period pains, childbirth is less painful.

All the best for your big day, good luck stay safe.

There's a company called Lush that do some great products. I didn't get 'teenage ' skin till I got into my 20's (go fig). They do a fresh face mask called cupcake (it smells like mint choc) and it really does the trick for spotty skin.
You have to keep it in the fridge tho, so make sure your other half doesn't eat it, lol.

you should get Proactiv!! i have tried everything for my face too and nothing worked till i tried Proactiv. i even would get little bumps on my forehead from the oils from my hair or hairspray when i used to use it years ago. but nothing would take them away except Proactiv. It does cost $40 for a 60 day supply, but it is definately worth it.

stop eating junk food and too many sweets because they can be the cause of your acne.i had acne too for 3 years and when i started to eat healthier it all was gone!!!even i was very surprised but i was sooooo glad i finally got rid of it!!!remember, fruits and vegetables, food made at home not from the mall or something.try eating healthier and you will see the results:your skin will be healthier and cleaner, and your hair will shine too!!! good food=good life.good luck

My ideas:

1) Drink about 3Litres of water a day
2) Avoid greasy/oily foods
3) Eat more fruit/vegetables
4) Go to steam-rooms / saunas
5) Exercise frequently eg. running
6) De-stress any way you can
7) Avoid coffee and chocolate

Good luck

You can get this blue laser thing or something done. I think it may be a bit pricey (but all budets go out of the window for your wedding right?) but it seriously worked. I read about it in CosmoGirl about a girl who had it done and they looked much much better.
