I have read the previous answers and find some logic in wearing the anklet on the opposite from your other jewelry. But if you wear rings on your left and bracelet on the right, then that's a dilemma.
So let me conclude this way: Either ankle is fine, but NEVER both ankles.

From my knowledge it shown be worn on the left ankle and not the right
For in some regions an anklet worn on d right ankle signifies u are for hire as a prostitute or u are a sex slave.
so i'd go with d left foot.

I think it's a personal preference, but mine feels more comfortable on my left ankle. I have even worn one on both ankles.

Well what ever seems to work out forif you try the right and it bothers you then try puttin it on the left and if that bothers you then just wear a lot of braclets i do it a lot and get a lot of complements you should try it.

you wear it on which ever ankle u like it is your chain & they are your ankles so please yourself, it is up to you to make up your mind, many people on here answer for the sake of getting 2 points & give rubbish answers, so its up to you babe & enjoy it on which ever ankle you choose to wear it on, I am sure it will look good on either ankle

If you only have one foot
it`s the one with the foot at the end of it
Otherwise if you have two feet then you can put it on any one it won`t fall off
Or you could put it on your PARTNERS if it is a really EXPENSIVE ONE
(this is in case it`s my WIFE who is asking this )

i wear them on the opposite ankle that i'm wearing a braclelet or watch on my wrist. it balances out the jewelry.
