Yes,and their parole officers should be made to find them when they can't get in touch with them on the phone.Or at least report t police when they can't get in touch with them on random phone check ups or visits to their home.

i think that if somone is 18 and the other is 17 and they get caught having sex the should not be considered a pedaphile. That is teenage sex and everyone has done that.I had sex with a 18 year old girl when i was 17 and no one ever called her a pedaphile. but know when you are talking about 16 and younger the person should have there d#*k cut off and shoved in ther mouth.Then they should have to face the parents of the victim and the parents should choose there death.then you don't have to worry about a registry.If i ever have a pedaphile mess with my kids I will inflict my own justice and not wait on the police.

I saw a news article about the restrictions placed on where pedaphile's can live. Not near schools or parks. So they are all clustered together in one area which isn't good either, especially if you live on the same street with 4 or 5 of them! Yes, there needs to be a tight watch kept on them because you can't reform them.

YES! They must wear some sort of brace on leg with timer that can be removed at will by police to check where the man has been the last hour or week ,whatever. It's a proven fact that pedophiles can't be rehabilitated.

What we need to do is change the criteria for what constitutes pedophelia. A 19 year old guy who has a 16 year old girlfriend is not a pedophile just because his girlfriend's parents are angry at him. Real pedophiles, however, should go away for life.

Yes because this type of crime is the most often one that are repeated by those people who commit it. And those who say no, that their life is tough enough already need to consider that it could be their child or loved one who is hurt by a pedofile next time.

Certain pedophiles need more control or oversight than others.

The real problem is not the pedophiles, it is the morons who believe that by stigmatizing certain people we are "protecting" children. Most pedophiles are family members and have never been accused before, so telling kids, "Watch out for this guy, he's a pedophile," is just setting the kid up to trust the next pedophile who comes along. Kids have to know WHAT to look out for, not WHO to look out for.

i believe in giving people a second chance. i also agree with the sexual criminal registration program. however, i think that if they f*ck up again, thats it. life in prison, no probation, no chance of early release...nothing. if you dont learn your lesson once, you'll never learn and you'll never amount to anything other than a rapist/ child molesting/ peeping tom/ public masterbating piece of sh*t!
