everyone should be happy with what they have they are all unique in their own way. I don't like my thick thighs but my husband always said he loves them. So what you may not like someone else will. I don't like wearing my glasses but people say they look cute. You shouldn't be so hard on your self and after all ... have you seen all these people who get plastic surgery and see what CAN happen?? I rather stay the way i am.

Everyone does sometimes-- you're OK! Make a list of things you like about yourself (And, nothing is not an option!) and things you don't like about yourself (Everything is not an option!)... and find ways to love them, because, other people probably have it worse than you. If you aren't very into beauty and fashion and all, if you have friends who are, ask for a makeover. They'll probably be glad to help, and at sleepovers and girly things like that, it's so much fun! If you have problems similar to mine with yourself, this might help, it's my list.
-I hate how my hair grows so fast!-
But... if I get a bad haircut, it'll be gone, soon!
-I don't like how I'm not very curvy!-
But it just makes you look cuter and more agile!
-I don't like my big, heart shaped lips!-
But everyone else wants them! And think of how you'd look with small ones... *shudder*
-I hate how my skin breaks out at, like, anything!-
But it's clear all the rest of the time! Think of the girls with acne everywhere!
Every time you feel insecure, think of that reason. Granted, everyone has clothes they just don't look good in. Mine are Aeropastale jeans-- so I don't buy jeans from there!! If you have a whole wardrobe of clothes you feel amazing in, you'll have nothing to feel bad about.
*starts singing Christina Aguilera* I am beautiful, in every single way, words can't bring me down, today...
Maybe you can download that song, she sang it so beautifully, and it's good to listen to when you're down.
Just remember that!
*smile* Bye!

Pretty common feeling unfortunately. I believe it is because we allow the media to dictate what is "pretty". Thirty years ago, pretty was voluptuous, curvy women and muscular men. Today you must be waif thin if you are a female or a male, it seems.
I recommend getting "Our Body, Ourselves". It is a women's health book but it also addresses some of the self-esteem problems we go through.
Good luck to you and remember that you are beautiful if you think you are!

You too can be all this. Beauty is acquired that is you have to work to attain it. A essential ingredient is what your own self worth is. If you can think you can attain it.

I am the most idolized creature in the universe therefore I cannot comprehend your question. Perhaps you should become a hermit?

all the time. but the key is to focus on something you like and show it off. if you like your eye color then wear certain makeup to enhance that color. if you like your legs then wear skirts. you can always change yourself in certain ways but don't forget about your natural beauty.
