I certainly didn't realize there was this level of, umm, inappropriateness, on the internet. We have our computer in a main room, and there are parental locks on the kids' accounts, but I'm now more intent on monitoring the computer. My guess is most parents aren't aware of the level of inappropriate banter. I didn't expect it at Yahoo!

yes i do belive that i personally dont let my children on any chat sites at all sometimes my son chats with his freinds on msn but im always right behind him reading all that is typed i keep both my kids on tight leashes with regards to the internet when they are 16 ill loosen up until then im the boss thats it thats all,its a shame that more parents dont monitor there childrens internet habits oh well
