Come on guys I am really serious. I was to marry in June, my husband to be Egyptian, He has been sent to Syria to work for possible as long as two years. We can not believe this has happened to us... He was there last week says the house is nice the car is nice the job for sure ...the best for him. He seen no americans... he wasn't even sure if they would let me fly into there. So any information is greatly appreciated. I keep hoping there will be an american there that will respond to this question. Maybe just wishful thinking.

Your lynching would be slightly less sactioned by the government than it would be in Iran. There are good paying jobs hauling Iranian, rockets, Iranian army regulars and other supplies to Hezbollah fighters in the south. Border Patrol positions open up regularly in Lebanon, so there's a large demand for replacements from Syria. ;)

You have to be careful what you wear and how you talk so you can't be identified as an American...in a pinch, you tell them you are Canadian, and I am not kidding
