Never. A girl is not physically capable of producing milk.
A Woman, however, will start producing during pregnancy, and like gangbusters starting about 2-3 days after the birth of a child.

This better not be a perverted question. WOMEN "ooze" milk close to full term pregnancy and immediately afterwards. (Of course, every woman is different.)
Now, girls ... I'm not 100%, but about 99% that they're boobs don't "ooze" milk.

Uh...you start "oozing" milk about 2 -3 days after the baby is born. Right after the baby is born , if you breast feed, the baby gets colostrum(sp?) until your milk comes in. Trust me if you have to ask...you're milk has not come in yet. You will know when it does...it's called "engorgement" for a reason.

When you are expecting you may leak milk before baby is born. Depending alot on how many previous pregnancies you may have had, the more, the sooner you may leak. Also, some baby girls are born with too much of their mommys hormones in their little bodies and they to may develop lumps in their tiny breasts which can leak too. Not any worries all part of human nature.

her milk starts to come in a day after the baby has been born. you don't start to leak unless your breasts are full of milk and have no way to release them without the baby to suck on them
