Its seems everytime a ask a question, many dont bother to finish reading it before replying to it. Is this a sign of youth or people who are reading the whole question challenged.

I read the whole question and respond to the whole question...maybe it's a little bit of both, you can't blame everyone's ignorance on just the "youth" or the "challenged"...i think people have short term memories, or just skim the questions and if they find something interesting or if it makes them think of something, then they respond with just that, I think the problem is more about laziness and attention problems
