I'm going to the mall and I'm thinking of wearing a pair of medium wash tight jeans, a gray tank top and a navy blue tank top layered over it, blue-ish/silver eye shadow, black eyeliner, and black mascara and just a pair of flip flops and a blue topaz pendent
Does that sound ok?

It sounds like a lot of trouble just for the mall. I go to the mall in my old shorts and a holey t shirt and uncombed hair and no make up.

it sounds a little bit too dressy just for the mall , i think you can skip the pendant and eyeshadow or mascara..i think it should be only one or the other otherwise it kinda makes your eyes look too dark , if you do go with both of them then just very little so it doesnt look very dark. other than that it sounds lovely.
