I live in a old house trailer..
My plugs in my frontroom stopped working...the breaker keeps going out.. and to top that off. i had a leek above my electric furnace and water got on wires and caused a short and a small fire.. shut off all electric and cut off the electric to the furance.. now need to fix the furnace wires and figure out why my electric was not getting to my frontroom to my out lets..
looking for a good sight to tell me something about how to rewire a house trailer...
Need this fixed a.s.a.p. winter is only 2 months away in WI..

I would love to be able to hire someone to do this.. but.. can't afford it..if i could i would not be living in a run down old house trailer..
I need a web sight to show me how to do it my self.. can not find a friend that can do it.. so have to do it my self..

go tho home depot and they have a diy wire book

okay, i'm an electrician, to rewire the furnace, not a big job... troubleshoot the outlets in your front room... fair size depending on the issue... many recepticals may need to be removed to find the problem.

#1.... 4 hours for an electrician + parts.... well worth it, save the cash

#2.... Trailers burn down VERY quickly, especially the older ones. Generally they are almost fully burned before the fire dept gets there.

if you dont know about electricity, you could miss something vital. no diy book is going to show you in pictures what a licensed contractor has in knowledge and instinct!

i know a lot about wiring, but judging by the wording in your question, i have to say hire a professional that way if anything goes wrong you are covered

you have major trouble, get help. it will cost less than a new trailer.
