I need know the chip no of a 16 bit ( means internal oparations to be 16 bit including data bus) Microcontrol

U controller should have at least 2 serial interface 1 PWM at least 64K rom and preferably 2 timers.

The Ucontroller should be working arround 25 Mhz max. should have at least 2 timers 1 PWm and 65K rom. 2 serial interfaces. 2 8 bit or 1 16 bit I/O port. ( parallel ) and besides that at leat 8 more I/O lines.

Microchip is probably your best bet. Not too many 16 bit micro's out there.
