Well, he knew Juve was going to be relegated to the Serie B, so he preferred leaving as fast as he could the team. He just didn't have the guts to manage a team in a very difficult position like Juve was. He thought it was much better to manage a team (apparently!) without problems, in which everything he wanted was accomplished. I think a great coach should be able to face difficulties and try to solve problems himself. A coach who wants to find everything ready isn't that good and Capello showed he definitely isn't a great coach. But anyway he went to Real because their president, Calderon, used to be a friend of his and he oferred him to manage the team.
