The Welsh Cup is a knock-out football competition contested annually by teams from Wales and, in the past, neighbouring parts of England. Only Welsh teams (since the mid-1990s, only teams in the Welsh pyramid) can progress to the UEFA Cup through winning the Welsh Cup.
Wrexham has won the Welsh Cup on 23 occassions since it began in 1878. they have appeared in 44 Welsh Cup final.

They have won it 23 times, including three times in succession in 1909-10-11.
Cardiff City are next best with 22, and won it 10 times from 1964-76.
Swansea have won it surprsingly few times, with only 8 wins.
The interesting thing is that it is open to some English teams as well, and Crewe Alexandra have won it, as have Hereford United, Shrewsbury Town and Chester.
