Absolutely. Would someone be so kind as to suggest this to the Yahoo Answers Group? I'm tired of seeing the same stupid and immature questions. Get a life! However, there are some teenagers that actually give useful responses, but there are so few of them, so there should still be a separate site for them.

Yes but for anyone under 18 or whatever is legal in their state. Yahoo has adult sections in their Yahoo Groups - why not here? Even if we had a check box to mark for adult questions that would stop the underage from viewing them.

Yes; but not for the benefit of the adults. I've noticed a lot of the questions are from naive young kids just wanting to make friends --- an open invitation for slimy predators.

Yes I think that would be good. I know a lot of the younger questions are not interesting to us. They may get a better response and more answers if it were just from kids their age.

I think ABSOLUTELY, yes. No so much for adult freedom as for protection of the children. There are people who post sick things sometimes hateful things that children do not need to see.

yes, i do. some of the things written on yahoo!answer is already pretty raunchy. there is a site yahoo! has for younger people called "YAHOOLIGANS!". but i think the younger crowd will continue to come to this site mainly because of the subjects and the way some people answer. and they can answer anyway they want to and remain anonymous.

I don't think it should be so that adults can be a little more free. . . b/c a lot of us (unfortunately) are already posting stuff that isn't appropriate for younger people. anyway, yeah, there should be another site for them.

I agree. Yahoo Answers should have a child's play section that teenies and pre-teenies can flood with questions like, "Is my avatar cute?" and "ne hott 13 y/o boys wanna chat?"

How would they really know if that 24 year old was not really 14?
