Nothing to it. Disconnect the water line and unplug the electric. It's very simple. You only need a crescent wrench or vice grips, maybe a screwdriver to loosen the clamp on the water hose.
good luck

I don't know completely.
But first shut off the electricity, your power box should be labeled dishwater or kitchen. Then shut off the water taps from under the kitchen sink .(to avoid a BIG mess.) Tape the hoses with hot and cold to help yourself should your need it.
Then open the door and look for the screw heads around the edge, that you have to remove to pull it out.
The flat plate below the door should come off to to help you find the screws to remove.
The above should get it out, of course then there is the water and electric thing, I've watched it done. But I never touch electric.
It scares me!!!!!! Good Luck.

two screws on the front up into the counter top. kick plate covers the electrical connection.. turn off the circuit breaker. turn off water, hose connects next to the electric. when installing again, make sur e the drain hose has a rise or high spot in it to prevent garbage disposal backup.

first note how and if connected to disposal unit as the need to prevent sink drain leak is required after hose removal.next check to see if hard wired or plugged in , and of course water supply. be prepared to repair minor cosmetic damage when unit is pulled loose.
