Bruce Hornsby vs. Bruce Springsteen?

Question

Curious how many other (women I suppose) feel Bruce Hornsby is a DAMN close second to Springsteen in his music style, sexiness, and good ole boy persona. I spent my teens wanting to marry Bruce Springsteen so bad, but after Hornsby came on the scene in the 80's ....I now feel torn between two lovers!! lmao (woulda left the hubby in a heartbeat....) Just wondering if anyone else has trouble in which Bruce CD to pop in!

I like both to be honest, it would be hard for me to pick between the two. Springsteen has one of the best back up bands around in my opinion, the live concert that comes with the new "Born to Run" set is amazing. Bruce Hornsby covers more musical ground than Springsteen though, as far as versitility. On the other hand Springsteen is a better lyricist in my view.

I prefer Bruce Springsteen to Hornsby (though I'm not attratced to him, considering I'm not a woman.) Bruce ranks about 3rd on my list of all time favorite rockers
