I'm an old f-rt of 65 and I still do it a couple of times a week. In my teens it was at least once a day, frequently 2 or 3 times a day. Twenties and thirties almost daily unless I was in a relationship in which of course I did it less. Age slows most of us down but I have no plans on completely stopping, unless my weenie tells me otherwise. It's always been one of the joys of life for me and at 65 it feels ALMOST as good as it did at 12!
