The best thing Ive found is a hot water bottle. I have really bad pain when I have my period. If you arent in a place where you can use a HWB then go to the chemist and buy some stick on heat patches. They are great!!!!!
I have never found a tablet to be 100% effective against period pain. Co-codamol will ease it slightly but thats it!
Hope this helps...I know how you feel.

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.
In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/prYnD

Take one Tylenol and one Advil, this is what my dentist always tells me to take instead of giving me a pain killer. He say's that it has a mild narcotic affect, I know when I got my wisdom teeth pulled out this worked great. Sorry for the long story but pain is pain I would imagine it would work on your problem also.

Hey,
There are various factors that underlie the real cause of uterine fibroids. There are primary causes that contribute to the development of the fibroids in the uterus, and then there are secondary causes that contribute to the aggravation of these present fibroids. There might even be external factors like, emotional upheavals, which disrupt the normal balance of the body and make you vulnerable to such diseases.

if it's just cramping, it's perfectly normal. If you're not asthmatic try nurofen, or just paracetamol. A hot water bottle can help, as can light exercise.
