Miniclip has most games either online version, demo version or the ability to buy full versions there. http://www.miniclip.com
http://www.gamespot.com has some good games to buy.
Apart from those, I can't think of anywhere else. If there was a good flash game that you want locally, try downloading flash web page extractor software to save it, then open it using IE locally.

Be careful, some of these freebie sites are a source of worms, trojans, viruses spyware etc . A friend of mine is sick of her kids buggering up their computer by downloading stuff from dodgy websites!

www.miniclip.com or www.fileshack.com or gamespot.com only miniclip is free but fileshack has free demos and gamespot needs subscription to download full games.
