There were several in the LA area last year. However they were all shot. Oddly enough, they were not shot by their own ethnic group. Turns out they were shot by several elderly women from Santa Barbara. Reasons are still unclear but it is suspected to be some kind of swinging singles kind of thing. Those tuba rappers can get pretty wild.

There are no "all tuba" any groups. And if there are nobody has ever heard of it so it would be a bad career move to try it.

To technically need rap, at least one "vocalist" is required. More appropriate is "Why are there no all tuba Hip Hop groups?" To which there is no answer, because there should be!

Most tuba players are white.
Most rappers are black.
Because of racism they don't mix too much.
