Yeah. I lived in Tampa, Brandon(outside Tampa), Saint Petersburg,Clearwater, Largo. Saint Pete beach, Madeira beach, are beautiful. If you're in StPete go to Jannus Landing. It's a small open courtyard for concerts. Some of the best concerts: Rap, RockNRoll, heavy metal, reggae they try to have everything and real artists too! Florida is famous for sunshine but it is notorious for lightning, tornadoes and hurricanes.

Born and raised here my whole life. Yes our nickname is "The Sunshine State" but we also have the highest average precipitation of all the other states due to our afternoon thunderstorms that occur from late spring to early fall. But compared to every other states I have visited our storms for the most part come and go (like it did just now), while theirs stay until nightfall.

Yes. Been there many many time over the last few years. And going again next week. It is a fantastic place to go on holiday. It is very hot, but every afternoon there are afternoon thunderstorms (heavy rain and lightning).

The main attraction is the theme parks Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, Sea World. I would say it is busy and tiring holiday, not always relaxing, but very very fun.

Try it, you never know.

Been several times, mostly very nice people, interesting countryside. Air boat ride a must.. If you go out of season take something warm because it can get cold, even by our standards. they even had a frost the first time we went, but that was unusual and a talking point for days.. but, as remarked earlier, it can pour with rain, just make sure you have a poncho or similar
There is something for everyone, young and not so alike...G O.

We have been twice and are going again in November.

We love it. There is loads to do with all the theme parks etc. Shopping Malls and Markets. The weather in great. October/November time is hot but not unbearable.

We stay in a villa in Kissimmee and hire a car.

I would recommend it to everyone!

Nobody has ever been to Florida. Florida is actually a myth perpetuated by the media to make everyone in New Jersey crazy.

yes I live in Georgia near the Florida boarder so I've been a lot. It does have a lot of sunshine but not always.
It's a very beautiful state, go if you can.

Been to southern Florida in the month of January. It was gorgeous. I don't think I would ever travel there in the summer since the humidity I have heard is awful then.
