i am having a cookout/slumber party for my 8 year old girl. any ideas on games for about 20 kids? help!!!!!

There is a great magazine Family Fun Tons of Great Ideas. They have a web site familyfun.com. I was the director of a cub scout day camp and used a lot of ther ideas.

If possible have a pool to go swimming! Play a cd called Kids Bop! Its like the music of today but edited for childrens ears! Hope I helped! They will love it!At the slumber party have dance contests and movies!

These might help.
Grab a bunch of arty stuff and tell them to create.
Rent like 6 movies and have them vote on the top 3.
Let them play 'Hide and Go Seek in the Dark' with 1 flash light.
Buy a bunch of play clothes that are tacky. They will like it.
MAKE CAKES AND COOKIES!!!
Set up a sprinkler and hAVE THEM GET WET.

Here are some suggestions
Buy some ballons and who ever blows them faster and pop them, gets a price.
Rent a movie , treat with popcorn, cupcakes, etc.

if its hot, put them in the pool and if you dont have one, buy one of those cheap pools. a pinata is also fun for them. good luck keeping all 20 in one area.
