ok this time when you reset first hold down the play button theninsert papaer clip. hold down the play pause button untill the recue mode screen comes up. a listwill be there that says clean up
format all and some others then reboot. first try cleanup. it scan the disk really quick if it completes withoput errors than ur hard drive has a chance of still being alive. ok now select reboot. let it reboot. see what happpens. if that doesnt work your gonna have to reinstall the firmware. do do so you go to creatives website creative.com then click support then downloads and you can go from there. choose the firmware for ur zen download it to ur desktop. then go back to the rescue mode on the sleek photo. click clean up then format all. then reboot. if it comes back to the rescue mode which i think it will click reload os. thats when you plug it in immediatly and click on the firmware installer on ur desktop. if you download thrtoguh internet explorer make sure you select save as to desktop becuase it wont work if you select run. ok but make sure you download the firmare first. kk so when you plug in the sleek photo quickly click on the firmware and it should detect the player and well if it goes smoothly viola. but theres stil thats chance that the hard drive might not work anymore. uhh well if yah have anyprobs tryin to reload the firmware email me at kickenchicken360@yahoo.com
