You struck gold.! materially speaking , the ultimate stuff we are made of (atoms and all) are particles fused from hydrogen as a result of very ancient star explosions eons ago. Some of the hydrogen that's part of the water molecules in our bodies may be pristine pre- stellar evolution condensate from the pure energy which dates back to the beginning of the presentsent universe, about 15 billion years. This energy in turn arises out of even a more exotic pre-universe realm which currently belongs in the mysterious outer reaches of our imagination stretching far back into infinity, so in truth we are part of the ageless infinity, part of the realm of God, the Alpha and the Omega, mystically speaking that is. Provocatice question indeed!

The particles we are made of may or may not be the same age. due to nuclear decomposition. That element that is part of your physical make-up may be carbon now but it may have gone through nuclear decay for millions of years to get that point.

I know, you'll say that still means we are all the same age and that all the particles are the same age. But if an atom became carbon via decay before another carbon atom did, then you would have two carbon atoms which were technically different ages.

Oh... and matter can be "destroyed" in a sense. It can become energy!

No, because it is a proven fact that time moves at different speeds in different parts of the universe. And since age is measured with time, we are all so not the same age. :)
