okay so if it has a little hole in the handle

all you have to do is take a flashlight and a screwdriver, llok inside the hole with the flashlight, and there should be a screw, just find it with the screwdriver and turn.

If its a key lock........ good luck, locksmith?

If your talking an interior lock there are usually two ways.

First one would have a hole where you would need a flat tool like a small screwdriver to actaully turn the button back.

The other would be that even though it is a turn type, you can still push a probe in it and turn the knob and it will open the door, but not unlock it.

You need a tooth pick.

very, very carefully, push the cocktail stick into the keyhole, wiggle it round then take it out.

Now blow through the keyhole as hard as you can.

You must then go to that building site over the road and pick up a brick. Go back to the house, hold it over and behind your head and throw it as hard as you can at a downstairs window!

Climb through the broken window, go to the front door and blow through the lock from the inside - recite the magic spell "Izzy Wizzy, Open Sesame"

and there - you are a clever thing!

Okay?
