Take your camera, or get a camera. Go up to that person and, ask them if they wouldn't mind if you took their picture, and if you really want to get bold, ask someone close by, to take a picture of the two of you together. Tell them that if they want, that you will give them a copy. If he or, she tell you no, well then, you will just have to take the picture without their knowing about it. Good luck

Depends on how Famous/Infamous this person is. It can't hurt to ask for a picture together, provided that you bring the camera and the photographer.
